Question 2: 
What browsers work with which videos?

Unless otherwise stated, live shows and videos work with most browsers. Some of the older browsers may not be able to keep up, thus limiting your surfing experience. To get the most out of your membership, and your overall Internet experience, it is recommended that you download and install the latest version of Netscape or Internet Explorer.  You can download the either of these by clicking on their icons below.

I can't view any of the live/video feeds. What do I do?

All live shows and video feeds require you to have Netscape 3.0 or Internet Explorer 3.0 or greater. Once you have the appropriate Browser version make sure you have all of the following plug ins.

Question 4: 
I Cannot get into Tantra, Kama Sutra, or Stories

Because of the way these plugins work, you will have to disable any security software or firewall software since these programs block a variable that the browser sends to these web sites.  Once this is disabled, log in again and try it out.

Question 5:  
Having problems viewing pictures with my AOL browser?

Try the following:
From the AOL web browser program, Click on "Members"
Select the "Preferences" menu in the AOL browser
Click on "Uncompressed Graphics"
Click on the "Advanced" section
Click on "Purge Cache"

That's it. Everything should work fine. Don't forget to Download the latest version of AOL.

 I am an AOL USER, and having some problems.

America Online users must use AOL Version 3.0 or greater AND Netscape 3.0+ or Internet Explorer 3.0+.AOL 3.0+ allows you to run browsers on top of AOL. Simply minimize your AOL window, launch your browser, and surf.  If you need to upgrade to the latest version of AOL, go to Keyword and type in "upgrade" then follow the instructions.

It seems Like the Page isn't loading Correctly, Why is this?

Sometimes your browser will get clogged up with garbage. Follow these steps to Clean up your computer.

EXPLORER 5.0+Users:
-Go to View menu
-Select Internet Options
-Click the General tab
-Go to Temp. Internet Files - Delete all files - Click OK
-Go to History - Clear History - Click Yes
-To close window Click OK

NETSCAPE 4.0+Users:
-Go to Edit menu
-Select Preferences
-Click the (-) minus sign next to Advanced
-Select Cache
-Clear Memory Cache - Click OK
-Clear Disk Cache - Click OK

AOL 4.0+USERS:
-Click Prefs
-Click the General tab
-Go to Temp. Internet Files - Delete all files - Click OK
-Go to History - Clear History - Click Yes
-To close window Click OK

Question 8:
The audio does not play smoothly for me, what can I do?

Users with less than a 56K connection do not have enough bandwidth to receive both audio and video. The software gives preference to video, therefore, you should mute your computers volume or try the solution below.

How can I improve overall quality?

The number one thing is to get a faster modem. Other than that, pressing the pause button increases the buffer size. The longer you pause the video, the better it will look & sound once it begins playing.

Why doesn't the video look as good as TV?

Huge amounts of bandwidth are required to transmit TV quality video over the Internet. As prevailing modem speeds increase, Internet video will increasing look better. We all just have to be patient.

Why do I have to scroll right and left?

Chances are your screen resolution is at 640x480. Please try changing your screen resolution to 800x600 Or if Possible Even higher.  The Higher your resolution The better you can view the site.

Why do pictures take so long to load?

This site, like many others, was designed for 28.8 modems. If your modem is slower than this you may want to consider purchasing a new one. If you have a 28.8, make sure your modem is configured correctly in your connection to the Internet.
